Today’s stats: 140lbs, 34-27-37, 20.2% #bodyfat. My weight always remain the same (πŸ‘Œ). I have lost an inch off my waist (πŸ‘) and hips (πŸ‘Ž) in the past month. My bodyfat is down 3%. I can squat 3x12 reps at 115lbs. I can comfortably bench 95lbs. I’m not the healthiest eater but I try. My ultimate goal is to be at 34-26-38 with 15% body fat and I’ll be satisfied. I have 20 days left until we touchdown in Massachusetts. Fitness Tip: Flush It Out - Water does the body good when it comes to good health. Water helps flush out toxins and other unwanted things lingering in your body. Water also replenishes fluids that help lubricate the internal body, while keeping you hydrated, lowering your desire to eat, and also helps keep your skin looking smooth and young. I know it’s hard to drink lots of water, but find bottled water you enjoy the taste of or filter your tap water and keep it chilled in the refrigerator. You should be drinking at least 64 oz per day up to 128 oz to keep your body hydrated and working properly.

The runner’s high is felt after approximately 30 minutes of running. That is when your body releases endorphins (the body’s natural pain relievers). Endorphins don’t just relieve pain, it makes you feel good, such as having a natural high. So keep running, my runners!
